Fluffernutter Massachusetts’ Official State Sandwich?



I heard on the radio today, while driving home from work, that Massachusetts state politicians may discuss extremely important legislation tomorrow. It will be debated whether to make Fluffernutter the official State Sandwich of Massachusetts. Awesome. During a time of recession, increasing deficits, hospitals making huge cuts, police and firemen being laid off, taxes being raised.... I'm glad my state officials have the time to spend time and energy on such an urgent issue (which actually, I support whole heartedly, who doesn't like fluffernutter?).

This is NOT the first time that fluffernutter has been in the news in MA. In 2006, state Senator Jarrett T. Barrios tried to ban fluff from being served in schools! Are you crazy man!!!!

Long Live the Fluff. (How appropriate is it that the liberal state of MA is the land of Fluff? haha).
